How The Titles Are Decided
For our specific local pageant, the highest ranking contestant will be named Miss Baltimore in her age division. The second highest ranking contestant will be named Miss Annapolis in her age division. If there are enough contestants in a specific age division, as per official Miss America rules, we will announce a third title - this third title will be the third highest ranking contestant and will be named Miss Anne Arundel County in her age division. The fourth highest ranking contestant will be named the 1st runner up in her age division. In the unfortunate case of any of these titles becoming vacant, for whatever reason, the 1st runner up will automatically take the place of that title, as per the decision of the local and state board.
Your Scores and Comments
At the end of our local pageant, our scores are immediately sealed and cannot be revealed, as per the official rules from the National Office. We can, however, send you the objective comments our experienced panel of judges made during your performance. We will automatically send comments to all contestants via email within 4-6 weeks of our local crowning date, so there is no need to request comments or worry!
